1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WallyMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WallyMe is a personal finance management application that helps you track expenses and income, categorize transactions automatically using AI, set budgets, and manage multiple currencies.

WallyMe is a subscription-based service. All features require an active subscription after the free trial period ends.

2.1 Features

AI-powered categorization using xAI Grok
Unlimited transaction tracking
Budget creation and alerts
Multi-currency support (28 currencies, 32 countries)
Credit card management (cut-off and payment dates)
Voice input for hands-free expense logging
Offline mode with automatic sync
Dark mode
Recurring transactions

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Free Trial

Duration: 7 days for new users
Access: Full access to all features during the trial period
No charge: You will not be charged during the free trial
After trial: An active subscription is required to continue using the App. Without a subscription, access to the App's features will be restricted

3.2 Subscription

Price: $0.99 USD per month
Billing: Charged monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment: Processed entirely by Apple/Google (we never see your payment details)

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We do not control refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use WallyMe only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

Use the App for illegal activities
Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
Upload malicious code or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. AI Categorization Disclaimer

AI categorization is provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. We use xAI Grok for categorization, but results are not guaranteed. WallyMe does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
